Elie created and oversees Urban Sanctuary’s sales & marketing division - a consistent top producer in downtown sales – which gives him an extraordinary pulse on the market and understanding of his clients’ needs. He is a passionate broker with high energy and a tenacious work ethic and has a thorough understanding all facets of a sale, from the business and financial sides to the negotiation and creativity behind it. Elie goes above and beyond client expectations and sets himself apart by closing every deal with a youthful persistence that provides an acute focus on customer service. Originally from Paris, Elie quickly fell in love with the Manhattan landscape when he came to the city for college. Within his first year with Urban Sanctuary, he was nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) prestigious Rookie of the Year award.
He credits his persistence and dedication, combined with a genuine love of both architecture and the negotiation behind a deal for his quick success. His international understanding – Elie speaks four languages fluently - allows him to successfully service a diverse, wide range of clientele.
